ALI, WHO REACHED HOME FOLLOWING HIS TREATMENT, THANKS PUNJAB GOVT FOR FREE OF COST TREATMENT

Village Rajgarh resident Liyaqat Ali is all thanks to the free of cost treatment provided by the Punjab government, and said that he is now a fit man only due to the dedicated efforts of the doctors at Civil Hospital, Ludhiana. After getting cured of Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19), he was discharged from Civil Hospital, Ludhiana yesterday and is now living with his family at his home at village Rajgarh. He said that he got home like environment when he was undergoing treatment at the hospital.
He informed that based on his travel history, he was taken to Civil Hospital, Ludhiana by a team of health department officials on April 2, 2020, where his tests were conducted. He informed that the test results came on April 4, 2020, and ever since he was undergoing treatment there. He said that thankfully, the results of his tests conducted on April 18 & April 19, 2020, came negative, and he was discharged from hospital on April 21. The health department had also conducted tests on nine of his other family members and all of them were negative.
An elated Ali informed that during his treatment, he never felt awkward or fear because the doctors kept on motivating him. He said that the District Administration, Doctors of Civil Hospital Ludhiana and the health department officials always helped him during his treatment.
He informed that he was getting food, milk and other facilities in the hospital, and that is why, he is now a cured man and is living happily with his family at village Rajgarh near Doraha (district Ludhiana).
He has appealed to the residents to follow all directions of the Punjab government strictly, stay indoors and never hold big gatherings. He said that if any person has COVID 19 symptoms, he should not fear about anything and should immediately inform the District Administration about it as the government has made elaborate arrangements for the patients. He said that people should immediately call at helpline number 104 if they have any COVID 19 symptoms.
