KISSAN UNIONS Of Punjab again open fire on another important issue ‘TOLL TAX’….Earlier Kissan Union (Ugrahan) President Mr.Joginder Singh Ugrahan only warned Government against increasing rates of Toll after farmer struggle against three agricultural laws.But Now Unions practically continue Dharnas at TOLL TAX POINTS….Mr.Charanjit Bhullar Senior Correspondent of Tribune Group said Governments Charged a huge ammount on the name of Road Tax to build and maintenance of roads when anybody buy any vehicle bike or car… .But Governments again give contract to Private companies to construct roads and give right to collect Toll Tax. ITS TOATALLY WRONG AND UNJUSTIFIED. Mr.Bhullar said Kissan Unions start Dharna only against increasing rates. But he feel to start a agitation against permanent removal of Toll Tax Nakas. Because In a Welfare State ,its duty of Governments to provide basic infrastructure like roads, health services and education. On the other hand Political Experts have the opinion that Farmers Agitation against increasing Toll Tax rates will create big problem for State Governments as well Centre Government….
