Doon centre of excellence inaugurated in Barnala; Mansa SSP, Bathinda MC commissioner graced the occasion

   Mansa’s Senior superintendent of Police Mr Gaurav Toora and Bathinda MC commissioner Ms Pallavi inaugurated prestigious coaching centre ‘Doon centre of excellence’ near market committee office on Ram Bach road in Barnala on Sunday.
Congratulating managing director of the centre and renowned educationist Ms Priyanka and Er. Mr Sandeep Bhaskar, both the officials said the centre will turn boon for not only students of Barnala district but will help in providing international level coaching facility to budding students of whole Malwa region.
“The students can now get high class education facilities for preparing of competition examinations including IIT, JEE, NEET, science Olympiads and NTCE,” the officials said.
They added that the institute like Doon will provide platform to students in order to compete in today’s competitive era.
 IAS officer and Bathinda MC commissioner said the students will nurture their skills and prepare in best of the abilities under able guidance of Ms Priyanka and Er Sandeep Bhaskar.
Centre MD Ms Priyanka said the centre will provide coaching facilities to students of 7th-12th classes and help them in preparing for competition examinations from very beginning of their academic careers.
“We have hired experienced coaching staff, who are IIT pass outs, having enriched experience of working in major coaching centres at Chennai, Mumbai, Gwalior, Chandigarh and Delhi. Now, the students need not to go to big cities to get coaching classes at exorbitant prices as the centre will provide such facility at nominal prices,” she said.
She added that under one of the scholarship programmes, the Doon centre of excellence is going to hold talent search test on June 5 under which the students will be provided scholarships worth Rs 51 lakh.
“More than 100 institutes have already done registrations, while atleast 300 parents have visited the centre so far.  The centre also provide demo class facilities for students and their parents from 10am onwards,” Er Sandeep Bhaskar said.
On the occasion, internationally reputed visa expert Mr Sachin Singla said the centre has collaborated with “Venture education and immigration’ so that people of the region can be catered with their student visa related queries.
“Venture education and immigration has come up with special IELTS programme under which the students can be trained in English language in streamlined manner at nominal prices. The students, who score above 7 bands in IELTS, will be provided 100% scholarships,” Singla said.
