Punjab and High Court warned and fined 20 thousand to Petitioner in Unicon builders versus Municipal council case….It has been remembered here that Government of Punjab already decided to construct Multispeciality Hospital on Lukk Plant site ….This prime land belongs to Municipal council Barnala and give on lease to unicon builders decades ago….Harsimranjit singh Sekhon Partener of Unicon builders filed a petition in High court against Government of punjab, D.G.P., S.S.P., S.H.O, A.D.C ADITYA DECHELWAL , S.D.M.VARJIT WALIA, D.S.P. LAKHVIR TIWANA , E.O.MANPREET SINGH and blamed that A.D.C, S.D.M., D.S.P. and E.O. came on his leased land and try to vacate it , even threat them for serious consequences by unidentified persons… …Harsimranjit also mentioned in his petition that he and his family members feel insecure ….But justice Manoj Bajaj said in his order that Petitioner hide actual facts from court ..So court rejected above petition and orderd to deposit fine amount 20 thousand in Punjanb and Haryana high court employees welfare fund within 2 months…After High court’s strict order Municipal Council Barnala and supporters of kewal dhillon feel some relief. …but still all eyes on july 29 on Barnala court….
