Today Court rejected applications of antispatry bail of Gulab singh S.I. and an Akali Leader wanted in INFAMOUS Barnala Gang rape case…Today, Renowned Criminal Lawyer Sardar Rajdev Singh Khalsa appeared in the court of Session judge Barnala Mr.Varinder Aggarwal and present solid basis against Then Additional S.H.O..Gulab Singh and An Akali Leader…Mr. Khalsa made it clear that S.I.Gulab Singh belongs to same schedule cast category of the victim girl but he delay in process against crime…His negligence give 9 months time to culprits to make a crime …So, he was part of criminal conspiracy….On the other hand Akali leader have direct involvement in this case and perfect even in performing marriage of a minor boy with victim girl ….Both must be wanted for investigation of the case….After hearing Mr.Khalsa , Session Judge Mr.Varinder Aggarwal rejected both application of anticipatory bail….
