Today Inspector Onkar Singh Brar Chief Officer Police Station Zirakpur informed that on 14/05/202 Paramjit Singh son of Harminder Singh resident of Noida New Life Line Hospital Zirakpur died while undergoing treatment and on behalf of Paramjit Singh’s heirs Dr. Manish Goyal and Allegations of negligence in his treatment were made against the staff. Preliminary investigation of the case was carried out by Deputy Captain Police Zirakpur including Sub Divisional Magistrate DeraBassi and Senior Medical Officer Government Hospital Dhakoli in which Dr. Manish Goyal of this hospital was found guilty for violating the guideline issued in this hospital regarding Covid-19. on the basis of this Inquiry Report for not treating the patients well and not treating them seriously and not treating them properly.

On the basis of the petitions filed by the victims, the offense was increased to 406,420 as per the code of conduct and Parveen Goyal, managing director of New Life Line Hospital, who is the brother of Dr Manish Goyal, was also named as the accused. The allegations leveled by the police against the accused by the families of the victims are being seriously investigated and the accused have been produced in a court of honor today and remanded in police custody.
In-depth interrogation of the accused is underway and further revelations are expected during the interrogation.
