CORRUPTION ON RISE IN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL BARNALA ….

There is no need of permission from mining department or municipal council to build basement in your building….its not joke but its a open secret in BARNALA…. A multi crore commercial building is under construction at residencial site of Area’s reknown lawyer Darwari Lal Tandon situated at old bus stand ….
According to norms ,there is need of permission from dranage and Mining department in case of basement more than 10 feet…but In case of above building ,Municipal Council Barnala and minimg department is in deep sleep….When Barnalatoday contacted both departments, both not give satisfactory answers…On the other hand builder of above construction site Rajnish bansal said I did not know …there is need of any permission from mining department or municipal council….Anybody understand one percent that builder didnot know …But mining department and mining department not know ….it could not digest anybody…..Congress is ruling party in state and upper hand in Municipal council barnala …if officers make huge corruption like this …ruling party must ready to give answer of each question of public….Because ye yo public hai ….ye sab jaanti hai….its not possible without political patronage….
