Civil Hospital ‘s below story is enough to establish Sorry State of Health system of the Punjab….. Civil Hospital Barnala have 8 ventilators….But 6 sent to Bathinda and 2 to faridkot…Reason? Because civil hospital barnala have not trained staff like anesthesia doctor and nurses to operate ventilators. …Dr.Jasbir Singh Aulakh Ç.M.O. said it has been decided on state or national level that which district equipped with I.C.U.facilities….but unfortunately Barnala ‘s name not included in that list….why and how 8 ventilators shifted to bathinda and faridkot ? Dr.Aulakh said he take charge on 25 may…But Higher authorities and civil hospital take decision before his tenure….It has been remembered here that hundreds of patients have been shifted to Ludhiana , bathinda and Faridkot due to unavailability of I.C.U. IN BARNALA. ..its interesting fact that Leaders from ruling party take credit and publicity for ventilators EARLIER ….NOW VENTILAORS SHIFTED TO BATHINDA AND FARIDKOT…..WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ? Social activist Narain Dutt demanded to install of I.C.U . in Civil Hospital Barnala…..Congressmen also in mood to playing card of multispeciality Hospital in Barnala before elections….But Critics have the opinion that Barnala is area of Kewal Dhillon left hand of C.M. Captain Amrinder Singh….Health Minister Balbir singh Sidhu is Incharge of Barnala area…but both have failed to install I.C.U.in Barnala .
